Sea Club and beach complex

Only fifteen minutes gentle walk from our Red Sea Apartment

The Sea Club/ Sea Life is a five star hotel belonging to the Flash Group on the edge of the Red Sea.  This luxurious hotel and its grounds are only 15 minutes walk away and you have access to all of their facilities for 25 LE (Egyptian Pound, @ 10 LE per Stirling Pound) per person per day; you will need to purchase the ticket from Abdul ( or one of the guys in the shop on the complex).   

Once inside you exchange your ticket for a towel and can then use any of their sun beds, either on the beach or around the pool. 

• Snorkelling is easy off the jetty and if you have forgotten to take your snorkel kit, or not got one,
• you can hire this from the shop on the way down to the beach.

Food and drink is reasonably priced:

Water 9 LE per bottle, coke 9 LE per bottle, tea and coffee about the same, beer 25 LE.  

Burger or hotdog and chips 25 LE which can be purchased from the pool or beach bar, various salads 16 LE, pizza and pasta dishes from 20-25 LE which can be purchased from the pool bar, or if you are feeling very hungry you can get an excellent buffet lunch from the beach restaurant for 85 LE.

If you are looking to eat in the evening all the restaurants open for evening meals at 19.00 until 23.00. Again they are reasonably priced; starters range from 20-25 LE, main courses 40-50 LE and desserts from 20-23 LE.

You could just have a coffee or flavoured tea and try your hand with a Sheeshas (hubbly-bubbly) in the Bedouin tent above the Spa.

The Spa and Wellness Centre offers a wide range of treatments and products and is open from 09.00 – 20.30.  Reservations can be made at the reception in the Sea Life Hotel or in the centre itself. See the full range of options and price list in the pack.

Massage therapies range from basic face massage (25min) 20 Euro to a full body massage (1hr) 35 Euro.

Body therapy such as an Egyptian coffee scrub (2hr) 50 Euro provides a stimulating, aromatic and refreshing cleansing for the skin.

Beauty corner allows you to get that hair cut, have your manicure, facial and waxing. Again all at reasonable prices.

There are a number of shops available for you to get your pressies and Egyptian mementoes, or you may just feel like some chocolate.  You can purchase underwater cameras for 65 LE for a 24 exposure.  All can be developed on site at 3LE per photo. Note, there is not a supermarket - this shopping will have to be done elsewhere.
