Eds Place is our Red Sea apartment in the sun, we love this part of Egypt, we love the sun and we love the diving and we want to share it with you.

This apartment in Egypt was completed in February 2006, so this is a new, quality build.  Anglo-Egyptian design, build and run, the complex offers a great way to enjoy the Red Sea Riviera.

The apartment is available to rent throughout the year.  It has two twin bedded rooms and with the sofa bed will sleep up to six.

If you are interested, mail us with the dates you want, we will check on availability and we will inform you of the price and options.  

Prices start from £175 per week, this includes clean towels and linen for the week and room cleaning on departure; electricity and water (utilities) are not included and payable on site.  Cost for average usage is £20 low season and £40 high season - 24 hour running of all three air conditioning units may affect this.   

We can arrange for a meet and greet service from the airport, and we can get you back for your return journey (the timing is your responsibility).  We will reserve the apartment for you for just £50.

You will need to arrange and book your flights then confirm with your details that you can get to Sharm El Sheikh on these dates by filling out our booking form. We will walk you through the rest of the easy booking service.  The remaining payment is due prior to 30 days before arrival, please add £50 refundable deposit which is returnable at the end of your stay providing that the keys are left and there are no breakages.  If you contact us we will update you with all of this information so don't worry.

We are sorry but we can not accept any liability for loss or damage to yourselves or your possesions whilst you are in Egypt.  You can cover this relatively cheaply with Travel Insurance purchased in the UK (see our links page for an example).

Please note that whilst the pools and the blocks in which we have an apartment are finished this area is still under development; this means there is some building work going on (no big machines) and not all facilities are fully available currently.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN EGYPT IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR AN EGYPTIAN TO STAY WITH A MEMBER OF THE OPPOSITE SEX WITHOUT PROOF OF MARRIAGE AND WE ARE OBLIGED TO COMPLY WITH THIS; WITHOUT THIS ACCESS TO COMPLEX AND APARTMENT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.
